Why Invest in Hype?

Hype is a program of the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce that is designed to help engage our community’s young professional workforce. Nearly 50% of our local population is made up of millennials. That is more than any other city in the State of Kansas. We believe that by creating opportunities for young professionals to
come together over similar interests, hobbies or aspirations, we can play a key part in
enhancing a young professional’s sense of place and quality of life.
