The Engage team meets with educational entities to connect 18-24 year olds with Hype prior to graduation. Activities for this program include one-on-one meetings, career fairs, group presentations, maintaining an advisory board position, and sponsoring club events.
The Engage team cultivates Hype members with military and government backgrounds to welcome incoming soldiers and spouses to Hype and the community.
The Engage team educates the YP workforce on local employment opportunities through industry tours, social hours with business leaders, and onboarding tools for HR directors to impact job searchers’ decision making.
