Hype connects, engages and develops young professionals to encourage a more vibrant, diverse and desirable Manhattan.
Hype carries out its mission through five pillars. Each pillar serves as a focus area for impact, action, and programming. Each pillar is supported by a team (committee), which develops events and programming within the purview of its respective pillar.

Through your Hype membership, review mentor profiles, select mentors you might like to be paired with, and develop relationships with diverse and experienced community members to help you reach your full potential. Mentees will be matched with mentors on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent on availability. Matches are being made on an ongoing basis.
